Good evening

The full version of Synchronated SWOS 2013-14 with the entire database updated is due in October. Until then, please download, test and enjoy v0.5 with hundreds of updated teams, and don't be tempted by the dark side...

---

Leagues updated so far for 2013-14 (all divisions, all SWOS leagues updated/replaced, all teams/kits/managers/players updated):

Belgium
England
France
Germany
Greece
Holland
Italy
Portugal

Scotland
Spain
Switzerland
Turkey
Ukraine

+ NEW! Reserves league (in place of El Salvador/Classics league) containing reserve and youth players who didn't make the SWOS 16-player squads for big clubs. (This league also contains DC United - since the MLS is currently 19 teams in real life and SWOS crashes if the number of teams in a league is odd, the MLS will have 18 teams.)

Morning all

Just posting to confirm that the development of the 2013-14 update is well underway and that there will be releases over the next few weeks.

Included this year will be the Ghanaian league (in place of Egypt, whose league is currently suspended due to the unrest) and the Reserves league (in place of the Classics league/El Salvador league). The Reserves league will comprise 40+ reserve teams of big clubs so that players who did not make the first 16 can now be found in Career Mode.

This year's update will be the first to use my own editing/hexadecimal export tools, which allows for quicker/more versatile team building, proper 0-7/8-15 player attributes in the style of the original game and a fifth outfield substitute in place of the second goalkeeper in squads of 16 (it is impossible for a goalkeeper to get injured or suspended in an actual match, only when hitting 'result', and Career Mode will in any case provide your squad with a loan goalkeeper if there is none on the bench). If a team's second-choice keeper is more valuable than the outfield replacement, he will keep his place.

Keep the beautiful game alive!
Cheers
